So what exactly is Glow Leadership all about?  It is about good leaders getting even better results. It is about activating and maintaining the fire within. The fire of personal power, passion and instinct. The purpose of Glow Leadership is to help you bring that fire to a sustainable level of high performance.

When we feel “on fire” that light shines brightly and we feel alive, confident and like we can take on the world. However, a fire is not at its most effective level in high flame mode. The heat is the hottest when it reaches a glowing state. Think about a welder’s torch. In order to bend and shape metal, the fire must be at the highest level – glowing.  This is the level at which sustainable high performing heat is achieved.

Leadership is about how you perform in all areas of life, not just the workplace.  Great leaders strive for balance and optimal performance in all areas of their lives including work, self, family, friendships and the community.
