The Coaching Retainer is an annual package that is billed either annually or monthly and covers you for 6 Coaching Sessions each month. The plan is flexible and allows you choose to apply these hours is up to you.
Some examples are:
6 leaders monthly
3 leaders bi-weekly
1 leader bi-weekly & 4 leaders monthly
The commitment with your team results in a consistency in leadership language, approach and an overall upleveling of your bench strength.
