The GOLD Tier retainer includes access to Diane for HR advice on various issues including how to address various employee issues, coaching for success, critical conversations and employee messaging. Access to templates, processes and highly effective people practices.
The PLATINUM Tier retainer includes everything in the GOLD Tier plus developing core HR content to Attract, Develop, Engage and Retain key talent. In this tier you also recieve monthly coaching calls for two (2) leaders and two (2) leadership development training sessions annually.
