I have spent my career learning, growing and understanding human behavior and neuroscience. I know what it takes for you or your team to level up and play at a higher level. I know how to help you get the results you desire!

I have also learned that in order to optimize business results, leaders have to be initiating results in all areas of their lives. In order to achieve excellence “on the field,” or in business, you need to “train” on and off the field. Nurturing all the relationships in your life leads to success and happiness across the board.

Prior to developing Glow Leadership, I spent 20 years in the corporate world as a Human Resources Professional. I have worked in several diverse industries including retail, automotive, non-profit and high tech. In my last corporate role I had the privilege of leading a dynamic team of 15 HR Professionals in the four western provinces, supporting 53 locations and 6,000 employees for one of Canada’s largest retailers. My career has provided me the opportunity to work in many capacities, including the privilege of working with many leaders on achieving their business results.

In addition to my time in the business world, I am a Certified Cevey Business Leadership Coach, hold a Coaching Certification from the Canadian Coaches Federation. and have a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from the University of Calgary.

In 2024 my first book, Elevate Potential – A Conscious Approach to Success debuted as a #1 Bestseller in both Hot New Releases and Leadership. In 2012 I was honoured to be nominated by my own team and recognized as a finalist for the Human Resources Professional of the Year. I am also the mother of two adult children who are my pride and joy. We live in beautiful White Rock, British Columbia, Canada.
