“As a result of the Generation NEXT course you have helped me to realize what my strengths are and how to use them to be an effective leader. Having been with the company for 22 years, I value every year that I have spent learning and moving up through the ranks. Experience is very valuable; however, you taught us that it’s not always how old you are or how many years you’ve been with the company. It’s the vision, passion and enthusiasm to show our people in which direction we are going and how we are going to get there. Thanks again for putting together such a great course and having the dedication to challenge us to be better leaders. It has certainly given me the vision, direction and confidence to get me to where I want to go.” -RT
